Welcome to E-Learn Examinations Board ("E-Learn", "we", "us", "our"), accessible via www.elearnuganda.com.

By accessing, registering, or using this platform and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

PART A: TERMS & CONDITIONS

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or authorised by a school or institution. Schools registering on behalf of learners are responsible for proper use.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
Account login details must be kept confidential.
Sharing accounts or passwords is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All examination materials, questions, marking guides, diagrams, and digital resources are the exclusive property of E-Learn Examinations Board.

No copying, resale, redistribution, or sharing without written permission.
No screenshots, PDFs, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email sharing.
No modification or rebranding of E-Learn content.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are made in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise. Once access to exams or digital content is granted, payments are non-refundable.

6. Examination Services Disclaimer

E-Learn examinations are for educational assessment purposes only. We do not guarantee identical questions with UNEB or any other examination body.

7. Account Suspension

E-Learn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in malpractice, fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms without notice.

8. System Availability

We strive for continuous service but shall not be liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

E-Learn shall not be liable for indirect losses, academic decisions made using our materials, or damages arising from misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
